Everything on this page is read from the printed Supplement Facts panel and from published research on the individual ingredients — not from marketing copy.
MemoHoney is a once-daily dietary supplement in a vegetable capsule, sold under the words "Advanced Memory Support" with three pillars printed on the bottle: Focus, Clarity and Energy. Each bottle holds 30 capsules and the serving is one capsule taken with an 8 oz glass of water, 20 to 30 minutes before a meal.
MemoHoney is a stimulant-free capsule containing roughly 640 mg of amino acids — two arginine forms, two citrulline forms and beta-alanine — plus niacin at 47% of the Daily Value and a trace of calcium. Every amount is printed on the panel. Not one of those ingredients has primary human evidence for improving memory in healthy adults.
Seven lines, all with printed amounts: Niacin 7.5 mg NE (47% DV), Calcium as calcium carbonate 18 mg (1.5% DV), L-Arginine base 200 mg, L-Arginine AKG 2:1 Extract 200 mg, L-Citrulline HCl 100 mg, L-Citrulline Malate 100 mg and Beta-Alanine 40 mg. Other ingredients are hypromellose for the capsule shell, vegetable stearate and silicon dioxide.
| Ingredient | On the panel | Used in research |
|---|---|---|
| L-Arginine (base) | 200 mg | 3,000–6,000 mg/day for blood-flow endpoints |
| L-Arginine AKG 2:1 Extract | 200 mg | Same arginine pathway; no separate memory evidence |
| L-Citrulline HCl | 100 mg | 3,000 mg/day L-citrulline |
| L-Citrulline Malate | 100 mg | 6,000–8,000 mg/day citrulline malate |
| Beta-Alanine | 40 mg | 3,200–6,400 mg/day for 4–10 weeks |
| Niacin (Vitamin B3) | 7.5 mg NE (47% DV) | 14–16 mg NE/day RDA for adults |
| Calcium (as Calcium Carbonate) | 18 mg (1.5% DV) | 1,000–1,200 mg/day RDA for adults |
Look at that list the way a formulator would. Arginine plus arginine AKG plus citrulline plus citrulline malate is the standard nitric-oxide stack: four lines feeding one vasodilation pathway. Beta-alanine is a carnosine precursor whose entire research base is muscular endurance in efforts lasting one to four minutes. Niacin is a B vitamin supporting energy metabolism. That is the architecture of a pre-workout or circulation formula.
Now read the front of the bottle: Advanced Memory Support. The words and the panel are describing two different products, and this is the single most useful thing a buyer can know before ordering.
Every one of the following is absent from the MemoHoney Supplement Facts panel:
That list is not a wish list. Those are the compounds with actual human trials behind them for recall, attention or age-related cognitive change — the ingredients you would expect to find in a product sold on memory claims.
Current pricing on the MemoHoney official website runs from $79 a bottle for two down to $49 a bottle for six, with free US shipping and five digital guides on the three- and six-bottle orders.

Realistically: an adult who wants a simple, stimulant-free daily capsule that adds a small amino-acid top-up and a useful amount of niacin, who understands they are buying a circulation- oriented formula rather than a nootropic, and who is willing to judge it over eight to twelve weeks against a written baseline.
It is not for anyone under 18, anyone pregnant or nursing, anyone experiencing genuine memory problems that deserve a medical assessment, or anyone taking nitrates, blood pressure medication or erectile dysfunction drugs without speaking to a pharmacist first — arginine and citrulline are vasodilators and those effects can stack.
Search this product and you will find at least four different ingredient lists. The panel above is what the bottle prints. The largest MemoHoney page online lists six of these seven and states that milligram amounts are not published. Another prominent page lists the same six in its body copy and then, in its own FAQ, describes an entirely different formula built on ginkgo, phosphatidylserine, acetyl-L-carnitine, bacopa, L-glutamine and Alpha-GPC. Product artwork supplied with this offer lists a fourth combination again, including B12, biotin, lion's mane and magnesium.
The practical response is simple and it costs nothing: photograph the Supplement Facts panel on the bottle you actually receive, and compare it against the page you ordered from before you open it.

It is sold as daily nutritional support for memory, focus, clarity and energy. Read against its panel, what it actually supplies is a small amino-acid top-up aimed at the nitric-oxide circulation pathway, plus niacin at 47% of the Daily Value.
No. A nootropic formula would contain compounds such as bacopa, ginkgo, citicoline, Alpha-GPC or phosphatidylserine. MemoHoney contains none of those. Its panel is two arginine forms, two citrulline forms, beta-alanine, niacin and calcium.
Thirty. The serving is one capsule daily with 8 oz of water, 20 to 30 minutes before a meal, so one bottle covers one month.
